About the Role

Were looking for an HR Generalist to own and support the day-to-day people function at Hypergen covering recruitment payroll and personnel administration HR operations and employee development.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organized comfortable working independently and has practical experience with Bulgarian payroll (ТРЗ) personnel administration and employment legislation.

What Youll Do
  • Own the full hiring process: job posts sourcing screening interviews and offers

  • Maintain candidate pipelines for key roles

  • Coordinate interviews collect feedback and ensure a strong candidate experience

  • Prepare employment contracts amendments HR orders and other personnel documentation

  • Administer hires terminations vacation sick leave and other employee changes

  • Prepare payroll data and coordinate monthly payroll with accounting

  • Maintain accurate personnel files and ensure compliance with the Bulgarian Labour Code employment legislation and GDPR

  • Manage onboarding and exit processes and track key HR deadlines including probation periods contract expirations and performance reviews

  • Maintain and improve internal HR processes and documentation

  • Support performance reviews employee development training and other people initiatives

  • Gather employee feedback and help identify opportunities to improve employee experience and engagement

Job requirements
  • 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist HR Specialist or in a similar role

  • Practical experience with Bulgarian payroll (ТРЗ) and personnel administration

  • Strong working knowledge of the Bulgarian Labour Code and employment documentation

  • Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment cycle

  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently prioritize effectively and manage multiple deadlines

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information

  • Based in Sofia Bulgaria and available for a hybrid work setup
