Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your HR expertise in a dynamic global setting. Youll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
Youll make a direct impact on our HR service delivery by providing professional HR support to local business partners ensuring adherence to company policy and deploying Alstom HR initiatives. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (such as Talent Acquisition Compensation & Benefits and Employee Administration) counsel managers on HR topics and much more.
Youll specifically take care of supporting line managers in developing their human relation skills and ensuring HR processes run smoothly but also contribute to fostering a positive employee experience.
Well look to you for:
Counselling business leaders on HR topics and aligning HR actions with business priorities
Implementing corporate HR strategies and ensuring compliance with company policies
Providing operational support for people processes data accuracy and EHS policies
Facilitating recruitment efforts workforce planning and succession planning
Supporting compensation and benefits processes including salary reviews and incentive schemes
Driving performance management talent development and training initiatives

5 years of HR experience in a similar industry or environment
Generalist HR management experience covering a wide range of HR practices
Strong influence and resilience within a matrix organization structure
Professional expertise in employment law payroll and employee relations
Fluency in Bulgarian and English both written and spoken
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Excellent communication organizational and decision-making skills
Ability to manage time effectively and handle conflict with confidence
Intercultural awareness and a collaborative mindset
