We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead the pre-opening and ongoing operations of a luxury internationally branded hotel in Sofia Bulgaria.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic hospitality professional with a strong background in luxury hotel management and successful pre-opening experience.

Eligibility: European citizen or legally eligible to work within the European Union

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Minimum 3 years experience as a Hotel General Manager in a luxury hotel environment
Proven pre-opening experience with an internationally branded hotel
Strong leadership financial commercial and operational management skills
Demonstrated success in delivering outstanding guest experiences and business results
European citizen or legally eligible to work within the European Union
Excellent English communication skills
