We are looking for motivated and customer-focused German-speaking professionals to join a prestigious Swiss Telecommunications Project in Sofia Bulgaria. This role combines excellent customer service with sales opportunities offering an attractive compensation package uncapped performance bonuses and clear career progression within an international environment.
Working Schedule
Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday
Operating hours between 09:00 and 22:00
Mix of 8-hour 6-hour and 4-hour shifts
Please note that a late shift until 01:00 may be introduced in the future (currently not confirmed)
Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist you will:
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and digital channels
Assist customers with inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Support sales activities and contribute to business growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Monthly Compensation
Base Salary: 1636.14 gross/month
Training Bonus: 153.39 gross/month
Billing Skills Bonus: 102.25 gross/month
Additional Rewards
Tenure Bonus: 51.13 for every completed year of service
Unlimited Sales Bonus: Top performers earn approximately 1022 net/month in additional commissions
