Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone email and live chat in German.
- Assist with product-related questions troubleshooting and general inquiries.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure data accuracy.
Requirements:
- Fluent German speaker with excellent written and spoken skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as part of a rotating schedule.
- Prior experience in customer support is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Proficient with basic computer tools and systems.
