Your Tasks answer customers calls on typical inbound queries such as account & billing or upgrades to their services or other difficulties solve the client concern in the most polite and effective way possible once the customer is satisfied with your solution your goal is to cross or up-sell additional services or products and earn incredible sales commissions based on your performance.

• Previous CS or Sales experience in an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1)
