German-Speaking Customer Support Agent

Join an international customer support team and work remotely from anywhere in Greece. Youll assist German-speaking customers by phone email and chat answer their questions and help resolve issues.

Work model: Remote within Greece
This role is remote within Greece. Candidates based outside Greece must relocate to Greece before their start date. Full relocation package is available.
WorkingSchedule: Rotating shifts primarily Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shift
Base salary: 1300 gross per month paid 14 times per year
Performance bonus: Up to 240 per month depending on the project and achievement of performance targets.
Relocation Package:a flight ticket airport pickup four weeks of hotel accommodation and coverage of the real estate agency fee.

• Respond to customer inquiries in German by phone email and chat.
• Help customers with product and service questions orders and account requests.
• Resolve complaints and work with internal teams when an issue needs further support.
• Record customer interactions in the CRM system and follow service and quality standards.

• German proficiency at C1 or C2 level.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above for training and internal communication.
• Clear communication and strong problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Ability to be based in Greece by your start date and work remotely from within Greece.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.
