Key Responsibilities
- Deliver premium first-line support to Swiss customers via inbound channels
- Handle billing subscription and product-related inquiries
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solutions

Requirements
- Fluent / Native German (C1-C2)
- Good conversational English (for internal communication)
- Strong customer focus and clear communication skills
- Sales-driven mindset or willingness to develop consultative selling skills
