• Fluent German mandatory
• Good command of English
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Good written communication and comprehension skills.

• Emotional resilience and a responsible approach to sensitive content.
• Comfortable working in a structured target-driven environment.
• Previous experience in content moderation trust and safety customer support or a similar role is an advantage.
