Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for maintaining high standards We are looking for a Facilities Hygiene Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure a safe clean and welcoming environment across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and inspect all designated facility areas including changing rooms common areas restrooms and studio spaces.

  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently maintained throughout the premises.

  • Distribute cleaning supplies and materials to the facilities team as required.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment needs with management.

  • Oversee the performance of the facilities team and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.

  • Identify and address hygiene-related issues proactively.

  • Report performance concerns operational issues or policy violations when necessary.

  • Prepare weekly reports on cleaning quality team performance and facility standards.

What Were Looking For

  • Previous experience in a supervisory team lead or facilities management role is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and lead by example.

  • Physical capability to assist with operational tasks when required.

  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings weekends and public holidays if needed.
