• Identify and take appropriate action on policy-violating content

• Monitor digital content to help maintain a safe online environment

• Detect harmful misleading or inappropriate material

• Apply established policies and procedures consistently

• Assess potentially risky or sensitive content

• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams

• Follow procedures when dealing with high-risk or sensitive material

• Maintain accurate moderation records

• Make consistent and well-informed decisions

• Follow quality compliance and productivity standards

Please note: This role involves reviewing sensitive online content which may occasionally include graphic disturbing or otherwise challenging material.

• Estonian: C1 level or higher

• English: B2 level or higher

• Strong attention to detail

• Good analytical and decision-making skills

• Ability to understand and consistently apply detailed policies

• Comfortable working with sensitive online content

• Able to remain objective and professional in challenging situations

• Strong focus and emotional resilience

• Good computer literacy

• Comfortable working with multiple systems and applications
