Danish Speaking Solution Specialist

Are you an analytical problem-solver fluent in Danish with a strong interest in how search engines organize and present information We are seeking a Danish Speaking Solution Specialist to join our non-technical search engine support team in this role you will act as a key liaison for business clients content creators and end-users across Denmark helping them optimize their search visibility resolve account and listing inquiries and navigate platform guidelineswithout any coding or software engineering required.
This is an on-site position located in our modern office in Sofia Bulgaria where you will work alongside a collaborative international team of digital media enthusiasts.

• Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency (C1/C2) in Danish along with a solid command of English (B2 or higher) for internal systems and corporate alignment.
  
• Legal Status: Must be an EU citizen or possess a valid unrestricted work permit for Bulgaria.
  
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication strong analytical thinking high empathy and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  
• Tech Comfort: Comfortable using digital tools web dashboards CRM software and basic internet search workflows (no programming background needed).
  
• Experience: Prior experience in customer support account management digital marketing operations or client consulting is a plus but motivated quick-learners are welcome!
  

• Provide non-technical support to Danish-speaking users local businesses and partners regarding search engine listings profile verifications and digital presence.
  
• Evaluate and resolve incoming queries regarding policy guidelines content display rules ad account setups and general search features.
  
• Analyze user feedback and reporting metrics to guide clients toward optimal solutions and best practices.
  
• Coordinate with internal policy and quality assurance teams to escalate complex policy edge cases or bug reports.
  
• Document customer interactions feedback and resolution steps accurately in the CRM database.
