Your Main Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative you will be the friendly voice representing world-famous brands in industries like technology travel fashion or entertainment.

• Assisting customers via incoming phone calls emails or live chat (no cold calling).
• Helping users resolve account issues track shipments or troubleshoot technical queries.
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing helpful polite and efficient support.
• Working closely with an international team of colleagues from across Europe.
