- Assist customers with inquiries related to audiobooks music and digital content
- Provide friendly accurate and professional support
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience
- Represent the clients brand with excellence
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Fluent Polish and English (B2C1)
- Interest in books authors audiobooks or podcasts is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Well-organized customer-focused and eager to learn
