As Business Controller CEE you will play a key role in steering the financial performance of a rapidly growing region. You act as a trusted business partner to the Regional Leader and Managing Directors translating strategy into actionable financial insights and KPIs.

You combine strong analytical capabilities with a hands-on mindset and act as a driver for continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the budgeting forecasting and monthly reporting processes
• Analyze financial performance and explain variances vs. budget and forecast
• Translate strategic objectives into clear KPIs and performance frameworks
• Support decision-making through business cases and scenario analyses
• Monitor and optimize cost base and net working capital
• Act as primary finance contact for regional leadership and country management teams
• Drive performance improvement initiatives across the region
• Collaborate with finance peers across countries and business line functions

Qualifications :

Your profile

• Masters degree in Finance Accounting or Economics
• 25 years of experience in business controlling or similar role
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Proactive hands-on and results-driven approach
• Comfortable working independently and in an international environment
• Strong communication skills with ability to challenge and influence stakeholders
• Experience in a corporate/multinational environment
• Advanced Excel skills (knowledge of Cognos is a plus)
• Fluent in English
