CloserHire is collaborating with one of the worldwide leading BPO companies for their key location in Bulgaria. We are looking to strengthen their Dutch-speaking Operation with Business Travel Advisors for a giant American Travel Provider. This is a hybrid role based in Sofia and there are day shift and night shift options.

Your Role
- Deliver high-touch customer care to business travelers embarking on worldwide travel
- Find solutions for flight hotels train-travel and beyond before and during their business trips
- Utilize voice and e-mail channels for customer assistance
- Be extremely polite and professional to high-level customers representing the organization formidably
- Functional understanding of different operating systems and platforms
Your Profile
- Based in Sofia or willingness to relocate
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Full
- Fluency in Dutch both written and verbal (C1)
- Working level of English (B2)
- Work experience in the travel airline hospitality or similar industry is an advantage
- Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage
- Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
- Be organized have decision-making and analytical skills
- Team player with a great attitude
- High school education
