Client Learning Success Associate

Your Team Responsibilities Youll work at the intersection of learning client engagement AI and commercial enablement helping some of MSCIs largest clients successfully adopt personalized learning experiences while enabling our Coverage teams to embed learning into their client relationships. Artificial Intelligence now automates much of the operational administration traditionally associated with learning platforms. Your role is to focus on the work AI cannot do: building relationships driving quality content creation supporting the Client Learning Lead with adoption enabling stakeholders and helping clients realize value. Your Key Responsibilities Client Learning Adoption (Approximately 25%) You will support the Client Learning Lead with the adoption journey for Client Learning across strategic client accounts. Youll: Support the Client Learning Lead to deliver demonstrations of Client Learning portals to new clients. Support the onboarding sessions tailored to each clients needs. Build relationships with client stakeholders to encourage sustained adoption. Track engagement and proactively follow up with clients. Support the partnership activities closely with Coverage Product Marketing and Client Service teams. Support the Client Learning Lead to deliver enablement sessions for internal client-facing teams. Support rollout activities across a growing portfolio of client accounts. Support client-facing colleagues in using AI to create customized learning content for clients. Learning Platform Operations (Approximately 75%) Working alongside AI-enabled workflows youll oversee the smooth running of the Client Learning platform and supporting the connectivity to the internal shared learning with (our internal Platform) Responsibilities include: Governing automated learning workflows. Reviewing AI-generated responses and handling exceptions. Monitoring learner onboarding processes. Supporting stakeholder communications. Reviewing learning analytics and identifying adoption trends. Coordinating external learning vendors where required. Ensuring an excellent client and learner experience. Supporting Learning Creation and wider Learning Eco System What Success Looks Like Within your first year you will help: Increase adoption across strategic client accounts. Enable Coverage teams to confidently position Client Learning with clients. Establish repeatable onboarding and activation processes. Support the successful rollout of Client Learning across potentially thousands of client accounts. Improve platform governance through AI-enabled operations. Your skills and experience that will help you excel Were looking for someone who enjoys working with people as much as technology. Youll likely have: Experience in Learning Systems Operations Customer Success Client Engagement Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. Strong stakeholder management abilities. Confidence working directly with senior internal and external stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience using digital learning platforms. Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies. Strong organizational and project management skills. The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Nice to Have Experience with enterprise learning platforms. Knowledge of AI tools such as Claude Chat GPT Microsoft Copilot or similar. Experience supporting enterprise software adoption.
