Chat Support Specialist with Romanian and English Varna, Bulgaria

What youll do

• Support customers mainly via chat and email
• Provide clear professional and timely solutions
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system
• Follow established procedures and quality standards
• Escalate more complex cases to the relevant teams
• Work with multiple systems and platforms simultaneously

Qualifications :

What were looking for

• Romanian C2 / native level
• English B2
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good computer literacy and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and follow processes accurately
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage
• Willingness to work on shifts
