BI Analyst

Role Summary:

We are seeking a results-oriented Data Scientist to support enterprise transformation initiatives by converting complex operational program and Agile delivery data into actionable insights. The role will leverage Microsoft Fabric Databricks Power BI SQL and statistical analysis techniques to develop dashboards reporting solutions and analytical models that support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.

Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for leadership and business stakeholders.
• Implement and manage Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure controlled data access based on user roles departments regions or business functions.
• Analyze transformation operational and Agile delivery metrics to identify trends performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Apply statistical techniques and analytical methodologies to measure impact and support evidence-based decision making.
• Translate survey results stakeholder feedback and operational metrics into meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Ensure consistency quality accuracy and usability of enterprise data across transformation initiatives.
• Develop compelling visualizations executive summaries and analytical reports tailored to technical and business audiences.
• Support data ingestion preparation modeling and reporting activities using Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.
• Collaborate with product owners Agile teams business stakeholders and transformation leaders to define reporting requirements and KPIs.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and automation techniques to improve reporting efficiency and analytical workflows.
• Leverage collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams SharePoint Confluence and Mural to support distributed teams.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning retrospectives reviews and backlog refinement activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Masters degree in Data Science Statistics Information Systems Analytics or a related field with 5 years of relevant experience; OR Bachelors degree in a related field with 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in data analysis statistical modeling and business intelligence reporting.
• Proficiency in Power BI including dashboard development data visualization DAX and report optimization.
• Experience implementing and managing Row-Level Security (RLS) in Power BI datasets and semantic models.
• Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data analysis and reporting automation.
• Experience working with Microsoft Fabric Databricks or modern cloud-based analytics platforms.
• Ability to convert complex data metrics and qualitative feedback into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong understanding of KPI measurement analytics frameworks and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent verbal written and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced Agile environments.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various organizational levels.

Preferred Skills:

• SAFe Agile certification or experience working within SAFe environments.
• Experience analyzing Agile delivery metrics transformation initiatives or organizational performance indicators.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse Data Engineering and data modeling concepts.
• Experience applying AI and automation tools to reporting analytics and business process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of change management organizational transformation or digital modernization programs.
