Your role
- Must have a minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and development
- Must have implementation experience in ITSM and any two of the ITOM Event Management Discovery Service Mapping ITAM IRM SPM HRSD App Engine Workflow Data fabric
- Must have experience in building integrations through REST/SOAP
- Must be excellent in English communication
- Must have played client facing roles
- Ability to work or lead or manage team members remotely and ensure tasks are completed on time with good quality
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM and others
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
Preferred
- Good knowledge or experience in AI/GenAI topics and offerings
- German Language
