B2B Sales Representative – Payment Solutions – Remote – Bulgaria

Job Description:

People Hive is supporting a client in the search for a B2B Sales Representative Payment Solutions (German) to join their team remotely based in Bulgaria.

This is a full-time remote B2B outbound sales role focused on German-speaking SME clients with English used internally and for reporting. The successful candidate will contact existing customer leads (no cold sourcing) via outbound calls and email to upsell FinTech and payment solutions specifically checkout and payment method products; manage a high-volume outreach cadence and a large active sales pipeline; support clients with integration of payment solutions on their websites; and track forecasts and report performance to the Team Lead. Bonus is based on the number of activated upsell products (not raw sales volume). Training is three weeks.

Critical Requirements

• Native/fluent German and strong English (C1)
• Proven outbound / B2B sales experience including cold calling lead generation pipeline management and working to sales targets (inside sales / SDR style)
• Results-driven and commercial mindset resilient persuasive and motivated by KPIs revenue and conversion metrics with good CRM discipline
• Locally based candidates in Bulgaria only (no visa support provided)
