Join our team at Infios as a WMS Administrator L1 and help keep our customers warehouse operations running smoothly and efficiently. Youll work hands-on with our Warehouse Management Solutions supporting day-to-day system operations troubleshooting issues and helping optimize distribution environments that power modern supply chains. What a Day in the Life Looks Like
- Troubleshoot business and operational issues related to the WM Advantage Warehouse Management System (WMS) and supporting applications
- Investigate and document issues escalating to third-party vendors (ERP Honeywell/Vocollect RF hardware providers reporting or labelling systems) when required
- Manage WMS environments including configuration updates and migration between environments
- Develop and modify reports and dashboards (SSRS Crystal Reports) to support operational visibility and reporting needs
- Support WMS data administration including users menus locations pick/putaway sequences and zone configuration
- Partner with warehouse operations teams to develop WMS super users and support best practices in system usage
- Design and implement enhancements or configuration changes to improve WMS performance and usability
- Monitor SQL performance and assist with query optimization indexing and tuning
What You Bring to the Team
- BA/BS in Computer Science MIS or related field or equivalent experience
- Experience working in a similar technical or solutions-focused environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong analytical thinking troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize work manage multiple tasks and operate independently
- Strong SQL and database experience including queries and stored procedures (SQL/Oracle)
- Experience with warehouse and supply chain technologies such as WMS platforms RF/barcode hardware voice solutions or labelling systems
- Familiarity with integrations (REST XML/JSON/SOAP) reporting tools or networking concepts (TCP/IP Cognos/SSRS/Business Objects WAN/LAN)
- Familiarity with ERP solutions such as NetSuite SAP Acumatica or Business Central
- Experience C# or xbase languages and debugging

Salary range: 61K - 78K
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is based on evaluation during interview process the candidates range and depth of experience business and market financials and internal pay parity
