Warranty Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Warranty Quality Engineer to lead warranty-related quality activities support root cause analysis and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of product performance and customer satisfaction.

What Youll Do

• Lead warranty investigations and problem-solving activities identifying root causes and driving effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Collaborate with suppliers manufacturing engineering and customer quality teams to improve product reliability and reduce warranty-related issues.

• Monitor quality performance metrics conduct audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering and experience in automotive manufacturing or quality environments.

• Strong knowledge of quality systems manufacturing processes customer requirements and problem-solving methodologies such as 8D PDCA or similar.

• Experience conducting audits leading cross-functional investigations and communicating effectively in English.
