Job Summary



Tetra Pak is looking for a Warehouse Specialist to lead and drive warehouse operations ensuring efficient end-to-end flow from goods arrival to dispatch while maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy and compliance. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics activities related to PSE (Processing Solutions & Equipment) projects including procurement support reverse logistics and scrapping processes ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards.

This is a sensitive position according the AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) Sensitive Positions policy in Brazil.

The position is based in Monte Mor Brazil.

Tetra Pak does not sponsor work visas or offer relocation for this position.

What you will do

As our Warehouse Coordinator you will:

  • Prepare and assure all administrative activities to secure end to end flow from goods arrival to departure;
  • Drive Inventory controls keeping quality standards high (physical and system data). Identify inventory deviations and implement action to eradicate the root cause;
  • Manage scrapping process securing compliance with regulations standards and legal aspects;
  • Proven ability to drive project productivity through the use of solutions processes and systems (e.g. OFCE SAP Power BIs);
  • Secure accurate documentation and system administration for loading and unloading receiving and issuing location storing and picking;
  • Manage third parties such as external warehouses waste handling material handling equipment;
  • Drive OFCE compliance: Processes Tools Guidelines Policy and Governance;
  • Ensure warehouse systems consistency and accuracy;
  • Drive loss analyses within logistics internally and externally;
  • Implement all relevant activities related to local regulations such as OEA;
  • Coordinate Warehouse Operators in the daily activities and performance;
  • Evaluate use of technologies to improve logistics (safety and productivity);
  • Work closely and communicate well with stakeholders;
  • Support the main markets in Americas region.
We believe you have

  • Bachelors Degree in a related field;
  • Experience as Leader (direct or indirect);
  • Experience in Warehouse Operations;
  • SAP R3 management experience is a plus;
  • Intermediate level using Microsoft Office advanced Excel skills;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Great analytical skills and organized work style;
  • Results oriented and proactive mindset;
  • High team work orientation;
  • High proficiency in English. Spanish is a plus.
