Treasury Specialist Fixed-term position

You will be responsible for executing financing management operations that support the Groups overall strategy. You will support management in interactions with key banking counterparties as well as oversee Financial Investments Foreign Exchange (FX) Derivatives and Cash Management (onshore/offshore). This role also includes collateral negotiation financial line assessments local contract analysis credit limit monitoring and providing treasury-related support to business units. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor cash flow and forecast accuracy to optimize working capital.
• Track financial exposure related to counterparties within the LATAM region.
• Engage business units and stakeholders to improve cash and working capital efficiency across the Group while managing and implementing cash FX and debt strategies.
• Provide advisory and guidance to business units on treasury matters including debt investments guarantees and financial solutions.
• Execute financial market transactions for Brazil Chile and Peru ensuring compliance with Treasury policies.
• Monitor liquidity requirements of business units manage existing credit facilities and support internal and external negotiations.
• Consolidate and prepare concise reports for Group-level analysis.
• Negotiate financing documentation with relationship banks and financial institutions.
• Monitor counterparty limits by analyzing financial statements ensuring proper limit approvals and alignment with current exposure.
• Demonstrate behavior aligned with Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards as well as the Groups core values.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Business Administration Finance Economics or related fields.
• Postgraduate degree in related areas is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Treasury Credit Risk Management (Hedging) and international money markets.
• Proven experience in Finance or Treasury preferably in a negotiation role within a multinational organization.
• Advanced or fluent English.
• Spanish is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Financial certification (ANBIMA) is desirable.
