A importância do seu papel na equipe

Na Otis segurança é prioridade em todas as nossas operações. Buscamos um(a) Técnico(a) em Segurança do Trabalho Júnior para dar continuidade às rotinas da área e apoiar a manutenção de um ambiente seguro contribuindo diretamente para a cultura de segurança e prevenção de acidentes.

O que você vai fazer:

• Apoiar e dar continuidade às atividades de EH&S garantindo conformidade com legislações e procedimentos internos

• Realizar inspeções de segurança identificando riscos e oportunidades de melhoria

• Apoiar investigações de acidentes e incidentes

• Organizar e manter atualizados documentos e controles de EH&S

• Apoiar a realização de auditorias internas e acompanhamentos de compliance

• Contribuir com ações de treinamento e conscientização de segurança

• Acompanhar o cumprimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) e procedimentos internos

• Atuar em parceria com as áreas para reforçar a cultura de segurança e prevenção

Quem procuramos

• Formação técnica completa em Segurança do Trabalho com registro ativo no MTE

• Experiência inicial na área (estágio estruturado ou até 2 anos de atuação)

• Conhecimento das principais Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs)

• Perfil organizado proativo e com boa comunicação

• Capacidade de aprender rápido e atuar com autonomia progressiva

• Conhecimento em Pacote Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook Teams)

Diferenciais:

• Vivência com inspeções de segurança ou auditorias

• Experiência em ambientes operacionais industriais ou de serviços

• Conhecimento em indicadores de segurança
