Seu papel na Baxter
O que você vai fazer
- Executar manutenção corretiva e preventiva em sistemas eletromecânicos realizando diagnóstico reparos e substituições
- Apoiar instalações elétricas e montagem de painéis e equipamentos
- Atuar na análise de falhas (RCA) acompanhando indicadores (OEE MTBF MTTR) e propondo melhorias
- Contribuir com ajustes básicos em CLPs e inversores além de melhorias contínuas nos processos
- Elaborar relatórios técnicos orientar profissionais menos experientes e garantir cumprimento de normas de segurança qualidade e meio ambiente
O que buscamos em você
- Técnico em Eletromecânica Eletrônica ou áreas correlatas
- Experiência prévia em manutenção industrial (desejável em indústria farmacêutica plásticos ou metalúrgica)
- Conhecimentos em: comandos elétricos leitura de diagramas CLPs (básico) motores/inversores/servos sensores e noções de mecânica
- Experiência com análise de falhas (RCA) e indicadores de manutenção
- Certificações NR-10 NR-33 e NR-35 (válidas ou com reciclagem)
- Disponibilidade de horário
