Summary

Internship opportunity to join HMHs Services Engineering team supporting installation and commissioning activities software deployment technical documentation field service operations and continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in engineering support processes while contributing to innovative projects and digital transformation initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Services Engineering team with installation commissioning software deployment technical support and field service activities
• Organize and maintain technical documentation and knowledge management systems to ensure efficient information retrieval
• Collect review and pre-assess documentation using established checklists and procedures
• Provide initial technical inputs and support to Services Engineers in daily activities
• Contribute to improvement projects utilizing digital technologies and AI-powered tools
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and service excellence
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support engineering projects and customer requirements
• Develop technical knowledge of HMH products systems and service operations
• Follow company policies procedures and quality standards in all assigned activities
• Promote personal accountability for Health Safety Security and Environment (HSSE) by adhering to the principles and guidelines outlined in HMHs HSSE governing policy

Required Qualifications

Education:Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Automation & Control Systems Electrical Engineering Mechatronics Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Experience:No prior professional experience required. Previous academic internship or technical project experience is considered an advantage.
Skills and Abilities:

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications including Copilot
• Interest in engineering services field operations and technical support activities
• Familiarity with AI tools and emerging digital technologies
• Basic knowledge of programming and development tools such as Visual Studio Code HTML VBA and Excel macros is considered an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn adapt and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
