Supervisor, Field Service

We are looking for a Field Service Supervisor to lead and develop a team of approximately 10 to 20 field service engineers ensuring efficient and highquality service delivery to our customers.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the Field Service team ensuring work orders are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor team performance through KPI benchmarking utilization levels and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as a key partner to stakeholders such as scheduling technical support and business units.
• Conduct recruitment onboarding training certifications performance evaluations and other personnel actions in alignment with the Field Service Manager.
• Support the development of team members through mentoring and skill enhancement.
• Collaborate with the Field Service Manager to optimize processes and Field Service activities.
• Lead by example maintaining a strong focus on safety quality and customer satisfaction.
