Job Summary
As a Strategic Plan Specialist II here at Honeywell you will play a crucial role in leading and driving Honeywells strategic planning initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans conducting market research and analysis identifying growth opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives. Your strong leadership skills strategic thinking and ability to influence and inspire others will be essential in contributing to the growth and success of Honeywell.

- Develop and implement strategic plans
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive strategic initiatives
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and competitive landscape
- Lead and mentor junior members of the Strategic Planning team
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in strategic planning business development or related roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field
- Experience in strategic planning in a global organization
- Masters degree in Business Finance or related field
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
