Key job responsibilities
Promote an exemplary safety culture making the health and safety of our teams our top priority.
Lead and develop a team of Area Managers and team leaders creating an environment where talent development and innovation are central to your management style.
Take complete responsibility for the safety quality performance and customer experience of the operation.
Drive process improvements while keeping pace with our growth motivating others to meet the challenges of a launch environment.
Design and deploy continuous improvement initiatives leveraging data analysis and operational expertise.
Mentor train and develop teammates for career progression and learning.
Conduct internal and external benchmarking and actively contribute to sharing best practices within the Print on Demand network.
About the team
The International Make on Demand organization operates across multiple countries and brings together two businesses: Print on Demand and Merch on Demand. Our mission is to help authors and content creators bring their ideas to customers. The team is multinational multicultural and multilingual offering meaningful exposure to global operations and cross-functional collaboration. This role will lead the Print on Demand operation in Brazil with opportunities to take on broader scope and complexity over time.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area including weekends nights and/or holidays
- Experience in people management and team development
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- Experience with performance metrics and process improvement and Lean techniques
