Senior Software Engineer (TS)

• Design develop and maintain backend services using TypeScript
• Take ownership of features and projects from design through implementation testing and deployment
• Build scalable maintainable and high-quality solutions for revenue and reporting systems
• Collaborate with Product Managers QA Engineers and developers to deliver reliable software
• Design and optimize database queries and data models
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve complex technical challenges
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Ensure smooth handoffs to QA by delivering well-tested production-ready code
• Communicate proactively with distributed team members and work independently in a remote environment
• Contribute to backend architecture and scalability improvements

Qualifications :

• 5 years of software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript with deep backend expertise
• Strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
• Experience using ORMs preferably Prisma
• Understanding of software architecture principles and scalability strategies
• Experience with cloud platforms preferably AWS
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to independently drive projects end-to-end
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in distributed remote teams
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher

WILL BE A PLUS

• Experience with NestJS
• Experience with Turborepo
• Familiarity with monorepo environments such as pnpm
• Experience with React or
• Experience working with financial or reporting platforms
• Experience operating in high-ownership engineering environments
