Your new role

The Senior Producer Local Scripted Original Production supports the end-to-end management of original production projects in LATAM ensuring standardized processes correct use of internal tools and efficient organization of information between internal teams and external production companies. This role provides operational administrative and financial support throughout the project lifecycle including deliverables tracking cost control budget and cost report analysis invoice supervision and coordination of post-production workflows. The Associate Producer contributes to project efficiency quality and alignment with Warner Bros. Discovery standards and industry best practices.

Your role accountabilities:

• Provide operational support to production companies throughout the full project lifecycle including special requests and project needs

• Track deliverables and milestones review materials with internal stakeholders and ensure required information is updated in Seenchronize

• Maintain and organize up-to-date project information across shared platforms (Teams Monday internal folders etc.)

• Ensure the use of standardized internal tools systems and templates by internal production teams and external production companies

• Support financial processes including cost tracking weekly cost table updates invoice supervision and payment approval after deliverables verification

• Coordinate post-production workflows including access management review cycles delivery tracking and material distribution

Qualification & Experiencie:

• Bachelors degree

• Fluency in English;

• Experience supporting scripted or unscripted content production in an operational production or associate producer role

• Solid understanding of production budgets cost reports and financial workflows

• Experience working with post-production processes and delivery management

Other nice to have:

• Experience working with LATAM productions and regional production companies

• Familiarity with tools such as Monday Teams Seenchronize or similar production management platforms

• Experience supporting awards submissions and presentation materials

• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
