Are you a tech-savvy finance professional who loves to bridge the gap between complex data infrastructure and strategic decision-making We are seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking Senior FP&A Analyst to as part of the team Finance Business Partnering and FP&A elevate our financial planning analysis and business intelligence capabilities.

Moving far beyond traditional static reporting this senior role acts as a strategic partner to management. You will drive our data strategy build sophisticated data models and champion the transition toward predictive analytics. Operating as a senior FP&A analyst you dont just run the numbersyou challenge the status quo proactively propose solutions to complex cross-departmental challenges and mentor less experienced colleagues to foster a data-driven culture.

• Challenge the Status Quo: Actively identify alternative and better ways of financial reporting budgeting and forecasting to optimize management information.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate effectively with team members line managers and global departments (such as IT Operations and Sales) to ensure alignment on KPIs and strategic initiatives.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Support the development of less experienced FP&A team members through coaching proactive knowledge sharing and peer reviews of financial models.
• Output Drive: Actively drive the high-quality output of complex financial tasks taking personal ownership of data accuracy and presentation standards.

• Functional Dashboard Design: Translate complex business requirements and steering needs into clear impactful functional designs for Power BI dashboards and reports. Partner closely with the business to define the right KPIs and visual layouts.
• Collaborative Implementation: Act as the strategic bridge between end-users and the BI Technical Specialist. Guide the development process from a functional perspective ensuring the technical data models (Star/Snowflake schemas) and DAX logic perfectly match business definitions.
• Data Reliability & Reconciliation: Own the one version of the truth. Rigorously validate and reconcile the data within the dashboards against core financial systems (ERP/CRM) to guarantee 100% data integrity accuracy and reliability before release.
• Value-Driven Insights: Ensure that all BI solutions go beyond static data display actively contributing to deep-dive analyses trend identification and actionable business insights that support management decision-making.

• Rock-Solid Financial Modelling: Build maintain and stress-test complex financial forecasts budgets and scenario models in Excel and integrated systems to support major strategic decisions.
• AI & Continuous Improvement: Stay at the forefront of financial technology by actively integrating monthly Power BI updates and emerging AI/ML features into our financial processes to drive predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Root-Cause & Deep-Dive Analysis: Conduct rigorous variance and margin analyses to uncover underlying business trends operational efficiencies or revenue opportunities.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting Data Analytics or a highly quantitative field.
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) or equivalent proven expertise is highly preferred.

• 5 years Senior-level FP&A experience delivering strategic financial insights and rolling forecasts for global operations requiring deep knowledge of international reporting standards (preferably IFRS) and collaboration with cross-functional international teams - ideally within an entrepreneurial engineering or technology-driven environment.
• A proven track record of delivering end-to-end Power BI solutions alongside elite financial models.
• Experience working with enterprise ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 SAP NetSuite).
• Strong English communication skills written and spoken.
• Available to work Hybrid from Toradex Office in Campinas/SP.

• Expert Financial Modelling: Exceptional bulletproof Excel skills (including Power Pivot; VBA is a plus) for advanced high-standard ad-hoc analysis and forecasting.
• Power BI & SQL Mastery: Deep knowledge of DAX M code (Power Query) data modeling principles and a strong ability to write/optimize complex SQL queries.
• AI Fluency: Familiarity with leveraging modern AI/ML features within BI tools and daily financial workflows to boost productivity and predictive power.
• Uncompromising Accuracy: High attention to detail with an absolute commitment to data integrity and visual UI/UX dashboard clarity.
• Elite Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset to identify data gaps or operational bottlenecks and implement creative technical solutions. High resilience in the face of setbacks using them as motivation to refine processes.
• Impactful Communication: Ability to translate highly technical data or complex financial concepts into concise actionable insights for senior leadership and non-specialist stakeholders.
