How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

• Processo de Sourcing e Concorrência:Coordenar o contato com proponentes; apoiar clientes internos no escopo técnico; avaliar qualificar e recomendar fornecedores; emitir RFQs esclarecimentos e aditivos; coordenar visitas técnicas e reuniões; tabular/analisar propostas; negociar preços/condições e redigir/formalizar contratos.

• Gestão de Riscos Comerciais:Identificar e mitigar riscos no processo de sourcing; verificar pré-seleção de segurança e homologação de fornecedores (especialmente críticos); validar documentos de indenização isenção de responsabilidade e apólices de seguro.

• Grandes Investimentos Manutenções e Paradas de Fábrica (TAR):Integrar o planejamento orçamentário; participar ativamente do planejamento pré-TAR (visitas e suprimentos); acompanhar atividades de grandes TARs; gerenciar lista de iniciativas táteis (Capex/Opex) e desenvolver oportunidades estratégicas para categorias não gerenciadas.

• Documentação e Relatórios:Documentar e reportarsavings; prover lastro documental para ordens de compra; manter atualizada a lista de prestadores parceiros; emitir relatórios e conduzir projetos especiais sob orientação da gerência.

• Alinhamento e Competência Técnica:Negociar termos comerciais securitários e de responsabilidade; deter compreensão operacional/manutenção dos equipamentos; orientar e mentorar novos Especialistas de Sourcing; colaborar com as iniciativas deCategory Management.

• Programas do Centro de Compras (Américas e LATAM):Atuar como embaixador e incentivar o uso de fornecedores homologados (contratos-guarda-chuva); reportar desvios aos gerentes de categoria; identificar oportunidades para acordos de longo prazo e participar da gestão de relacionamento (SRM) com fornecedores-chave.

• Geração de Valor ao Cliente Interno:Resolver problemas de qualidade/performance de fornecedores; dar suporte local em TARs; facilitar a venda de ativos excedentes e compartilhar melhores práticas com os compradores de campo.

Do you have these requirements

• Formação:Graduação completa 2 anos de experiência em compras de operações/manufaturaOU2 anos em rotinas operacionais com sólida bagagem comercial.

• Experiência:Mínimo de 5 anos de trajetória progressiva em estruturas de Supply Chain.

• Disponibilidade de vsitas ocasionais às plantas industriais.
