Senior Business Analyst

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
• Design develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for effective data visualization
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate reporting outputs with business users
• Manage Power BI access permissions and administration processes
• Integrate data from multiple sources including Snowflake
• Explore and implement AI tools (e.g. Copilot) to optimize analytics workflows
• Work within an Agile squad setup participating in sprint planning reviews and retrospectives

Qualifications :

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder communication
• Hands-on expertise in Power BI dashboard and report development
• Experience working with data sources such as Snowflake
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and spoken English

WILL BE A PLUS

• Experience with AI-driven analytics tools (e.g. Copilot)
• Knowledge of additional BI tools or data visualization platforms
• Understanding of fire and life safety industry data models
• Experience working in international distributed teams
