What Youll Do
JointheSAPAcademy forSecurity& Compliance a two-year rotationalprogramdesigned for recent graduates and early-careertalent. Youll gain hands-on experience across SAPs securityand compliancedivisions:
Cybersecurity: Defend SAPs digital infrastructure through incident response threat intelligence forensics and vulnerability management.
Physical Security: Safeguard global facilities and employeesthroughaccess control surveillance and emergency planning.
Security Risk & Compliance: Shape SAPs compliance posture by developing policies monitoring controls and conducting audits.

What You Bring
Were looking for passionate individuals eager to grow into future leaders in include:
Bachelors (mandatory) or Masters degree in Computer Science Cybersecurity Information Systems Public Safety Security/Crisis Management or related fields
0-2 years of professional work experience (internships and working student time excluded)
- Applicants must have completed their Bachelors degree or be expected to complete it before the programs start date in October 2026
A basic understanding of cybersecurity and security compliance
Acuriousandagile mindset with a passion for learning and the resilience to adapt in a fast-paced evolving environment
Strongproblem-solvingandcreative thinking skills with the ability tocollaborate across teamsandcommunicateideasclearly and effectively
