Overview

• Senior SAP Project Manager responsible for leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation programs within a manufacturing environment. This role oversees planning execution governance and delivery of complex SAP initiatives across multiple functional workstreams.
• The role will ensure alignment between business objectives and IT delivery driving successful implementation outcomes stakeholder alignment and value realization.
• The ideal candidate will have strong SAP project delivery experience deep understanding of SAP functional domains and a proven track record in leading large-scale global SAP programs.

Responsibilities:

Program & Project Leadership

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations (plan design build deploy hypercare).
• Define project scope objectives and success criteria.
• Establish governance structures and reporting cadence.
• Manage cross-functional teams and workstreams.

Planning and Execution

• Develop detailed project plans timelines and resource allocations.
• Manage dependencies across functional and technical teams.
• Ensure alignment with SAP Activate or Agile methodologies.
• Drive milestone tracking and delivery execution.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage executive stakeholders and business leaders.
• Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution.
• Ensure alignment between IT and business objectives.
• Provide regular status reporting and communication.

Risk and Financial Management

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Manage project budget forecasting and cost control.
• Ensure adherence to scope and change management processes.
• Drive accountability across teams.

Quality and Delivery Assurance

• Ensure quality across all project deliverables.
• Oversee testing data migration and cutover planning.
• Drive readiness for go-live and hypercare support.
• Ensure successful transition to operations.

Key Skills

• Strong SAP project delivery experience
• Knowledge of SAP functional domains (FI CO SD MM PP etc.)
• Experience with SAP Activate / Agile methodologies
• Program governance and stakeholder management
• Risk and financial management

Essential Requirements

• Fluent English
• Strong SAP ECC and S/4HANA program experience
• Manufacturing experience (REQUIRED)
• Automotive experience (plus)
• Multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations
• Experience leading global transformation programs
• This is a senior leadership role focused on delivering complex SAP transformation programs with strong business impact.
