Overview:

• Senior SAP O2C - EDI Consultant responsible for end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes with a strong focus on EDI integrations enabling seamless electronic communication between the organization and its customers suppliers and logistics partners.
• This role will play a critical part in designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA O2C and EDI solutions to support high-volume automated transaction processing and operational efficiency within a manufacturing environment.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA SD deep understanding of EDI frameworks and standards and a proven track record in delivering complex SAP integrations.

Responsibilities

Solution Design and Architecture

• Lead design of SAP O2C EDI solutions.
• Architect EDI processes (orders ASN invoicing).
• Define integration architecture with partners.
• Ensure compliance with EDI standards.

Implementation and Configuration

• Configure IDocs partner profiles and message control.
• Integrate using SAP PI/PO CPI or EDI platforms.
• Enable seamless data exchange.
• Troubleshoot integration issues.

Project Management & Delivery

• Define scope and timelines for EDI workstreams.
• Lead workshops and partner integrations.
• Support testing and go-live.
• Coordinate certification with partners.

Collaboration and Communication

• Act as liaison between business IT and partners.
• Translate requirements into integration solutions.
• Provide documentation and training.

Performance Optimization

• Optimize EDI processing and monitoring.
• Improve automation and data accuracy.
• Enhance error handling and visibility.

Key Skills

• SAP SD expertise (ECC S/4HANA)
• EDI / IDocs (mandatory)
• Integration platforms (PI/PO CPI)
• EDI standards (ANSI X12 EDIFACT)
• Manufacturing O2C processes

Essential Requirements

• Fluent English
• SAP ECC and S/4HANA experience
• Manufacturing experience (REQUIRED)
• Automotive experience (plus)
• 1-2 full lifecycle implementations
• This is a senior hands-on role focused on design configuration and business impact in a complex S/4HANA transformation.
