Overview

• Senior SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant responsible for end-to-end procurement and supplier management processes ensuring efficient sourcing purchasing and invoice processing within SAP S/4HANA.
• This role will play a critical part in designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA P2P solutions to improve procurement efficiency supplier collaboration and cost control within a manufacturing environment.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA MM deep understanding of procurement processes and a proven track record in delivering successful SAP implementations.

Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Architecture

• Lead the design of SAP S/4HANA P2P solutions.
• Architect procurement processes (requisitions POs goods receipt invoice verification).
• Define sourcing strategies and approval workflows.
• Ensure integration with FI warehouse and logistics.

Implementation and Configuration

• Configure SAP MM in ECC and S/4HANA.
• Set up release strategies pricing conditions and inventory processes.
• Enable real-time procurement analytics.
• Support integration with finance and logistics.

Project Management & Delivery

• Define scope and timelines for P2P workstreams.
• Lead workshops with procurement and finance teams.
• Support testing and go-live.
• Coordinate data migration activities.

Collaboration and Communication

• Act as liaison between procurement finance and IT.
• Translate requirements into SAP solutions.
• Provide training and documentation.

Performance Optimization

• Improve procurement efficiency and cost savings.
• Optimize supplier collaboration.
• Enhance invoice accuracy and cycle times.
• Leverage S/4HANA analytics.

Essential Requirements

• Fluent English
• SAP ECC and S/4HANA experience
• Manufacturing experience (REQUIRED)

• This is a senior hands-on role focused on design configuration and business impact in a complex S/4HANA transformation.
