What Youll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAPs global strategic paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship its the foundation for a career built on connection creativity and impact.

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Tech Talent Discovery & Reporting

Location:São Leopoldo Brazil hybrid position hybrid position 3 days per week working from the office

In this role you will partner closely with recruiters and the TD (Talent Discovery) Director to generate and maintain funnel metrics for targeted teams supporting data-driven decisions across the Americas market. Your work will help increase visibility into Talent Acquisitions activities results and impact.

Key responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain recruiting dashboards and reports translating TA data into clear actionable insights for regional and global stakeholders
• Leverage AI tools to enhance reporting efficiency automate data workflows and surface trends across recruiting pipelines
• Partner with recruiters onproactive sourcing strategies and support the evaluation and implementation of new TA tools
• Drivechange management initiatives by crafting compelling emails and presentations for regional and global audiences (employees managers and leadership)Support strategic projects led by the TD Director with a focus on process improvement and TA landscape transformation
• Coordinate and moderate internal events and team initiatives
• Apply astructured analytical approach to complex business processes and talent data

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with the ability to communicate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.Passionate about data and reporting youre energized by dashboards metrics and turning numbers into narratives
• Proficient with AI tools particularly applied to reporting data analysis and productivity workflows
• Familiar withrecruiting processes and Talent Acquisition concepts even if reporting is your primary strengthAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and strong command of PowerPoint and Word
• Experience with or curiosity aboutdata visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau or similar) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Curiosity initiative and willingness to learn in a collaborative and global environment.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree inData Analytics Business Mathematics Statistics Human Resources Communications or a related field
