Overview:

• Senior SAP Plan-to-Deliver (P2D) Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant responsible for end-to-end warehouse operations within SAP S/4HANA including inbound outbound internal movements and inventory management in a manufacturing environment.
• This role will design and implement SAP EWM solutions to improve warehouse efficiency accuracy automation and real-time visibility.
• The ideal candidate will have strong SAP ECC and S/4HANA EWM expertise and a proven track record in delivering complex warehouse transformations.

Responsibilities

Solution Design and Architecture

• Design SAP S/4HANA EWM solutions.
• Define inbound outbound and internal warehouse processes.
• Align warehouse operations with production logistics and procurement.
• Ensure integration with MM SD PP and TM systems.

Implementation and Configuration

• Configure SAP EWM in embedded or decentralized environments.
• Set up warehouse structure storage types bins and handling units.
• Implement RF processes wave management and labor management.
• Enable automation integration (conveyors AS/RS robotics where applicable).

Project Management & Delivery

• Define scope and timelines for EWM workstreams.
• Lead workshops with warehouse and operations teams.
• Support testing and go-live.
• Coordinate data migration and cutover activities.

Collaboration and Communication

• Act as liaison between warehouse operations supply chain and IT.
• Translate business requirements into SAP EWM solutions.
• Provide training and documentation to end users.

Performance Optimization

• Improve warehouse efficiency accuracy and throughput.
• Optimize inventory management and space utilization.
• Enhance visibility into warehouse KPIs and operations.
• Leverage S/4HANA analytics for real-time insights.

Essential Requirements:

• Fluent English
• SAP ECC and S/4HANA experience
• Manufacturing experience (REQUIRED)
• Automotive experience (plus)
• 1-2 full lifecycle implementations
• This is a senior hands-on role focused on design configuration and business impact in a complex S/4HANA transformation.
