Overview:

• Senior SAP Plan-to-Deliver (P2D) Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Consultant responsible for end-to-end demand and supply planning processes within SAP S/4HANA and related planning solutions.
• This role will design and implement integrated planning solutions to align demand supply and inventory enabling data-driven decision-making and improved operational efficiency within a manufacturing environment.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA planning solutions (IBP/APO) and a proven track record in delivering complex supply chain transformations.

Responsibilities

Solution Design and Architecture

• Design SAP S/4HANA S&OP solutions.
• Define demand planning supply planning and inventory optimization processes.
• Align planning processes with production procurement and sales.
• Ensure integration across supply chain and finance.

Implementation and Configuration

• Configure SAP planning solutions (IBP/APO/S&OP).
• Set up forecasting models and planning cycles.
• Enable scenario planning and simulations.
• Support integration with ERP and execution systems.

Project Management & Delivery

• Define scope and timelines for S&OP workstreams.
• Lead planning workshops with business stakeholders.
• Support testing and go-live.
• Coordinate data integration and migration.

Collaboration and Communication

• Act as liaison between supply chain finance and IT.
• Translate business needs into planning solutions.
• Provide training and documentation.

Performance Optimization

• Improve forecast accuracy and planning efficiency.
• Optimize inventory and service levels.
• Enhance visibility into supply chain KPIs.
• Leverage analytics for decision support.

Essential Requirements:

• Fluent English
• SAP ECC and S/4HANA experience
• Manufacturing experience (REQUIRED)
• Automotive experience (plus)
• 1-2 full lifecycle implementations
• This is a senior hands-on role focused on design configuration and business impact in a complex S/4HANA transformation.
