Job Summary:
Performs administrative and in-house support tasks for a sales team helping to build relationships and improve customer experience.

What you will do:
Responding to customer inquiries and providing customer service regarding products and services addressing issues related to customer orders.
Performing general administrative duties including maintaining files schedules and appointments for the sales teams.

What you will have:
Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients vendors and peers.

Basic requirements

- Bachelors degree completed

- Intermediate English

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite

Top candidates will also have:

- Basic knowledge of Power BI

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including clients and vendors.

Note: This position requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week.
