About the Role:

The Sales Intelligence Analyst sits at the heart of our commercial engine combining sales intelligence and commercial excellence to drive smarter faster and more scalable business decisions. This role is responsible for leading the quotation and pricing process improving accuracy speed and transparency of sales workflows. Acting as a key partner to Sales Finance and Business leaders the Sales Intelligence Analyst transforms data into actionable insights and plays a critical role in how Beckman competes and grows

This position reports to the National Sales Manager and is part of the Sales organization located in São Paulo and will be an on-site role (our office is at Parque da Cidade south zone of São Paulo-SP).

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Own and optimize the end-to-end quotation and proposal process improving reliability turnaround time and overall commercial efficiency in a high-volume and complex B2B environment;

• Perform pricing and margin analysis supporting competitive positioning and profitability across product portfolios deals and customer segments;

• Support the Sales team with timely insights and structured analyses balancing commercial urgency with financial accuracy in deal execution;

• Lead the evolution of the commercial model by driving automation digitalization and process transformation initiatives;

• Partner directly with Sales Finance Marketing Supply Chain Services and IT to connect data strategy and execution in a highly cross-functional environment.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Engineering Statistics or related field;

• Experience in pricing quotation/proposal processes commercial analytics or financial analysis in a B2B environment with complex cross-functional sales processes;

• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis for financial modeling pricing analysis or commercial datasets to support commercial decision-making;

• Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI) and familiarity with ERP/commercial systems (e.g. Oracle Salesforce or similar);

• Advanced English speaking skills (it will be assessed during the interviews).

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Healthcare diagnostics or IVD industry;

• Process automation data analytics or continuous improvement initiatives in commercial or operational environments.
