Job Summary

Sales Executive Brazil

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in São Paulo Brazil. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with strong consultative sales skills and experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities expanding existing customer relationships and driving revenue growth across the region.

This is an office-based position located in São Paulo Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and strategic business objectives
  • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identify qualify and drive new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach
  • Manage complex sales cycles and negotiations with senior-level stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with internal technical and business teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Build long-term partnerships and maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity tracking within CRM systems

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in enterprise or solution-based sales
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience managing complex B2B sales processes
  • Strong communication presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • Fluency in Portuguese; English proficiency preferred

Preferred

  • Experience selling technology software healthcare IT data platforms or enterprise solutions
  • Experience working with large organizations or strategic accounts in Brazil
