We are building Brazils first self-driving bank: a financial institution that operates autonomously with decisions powered by data and systems designed to work seamlessly for the customer.
Our team is responsible for developing the financial infrastructure that makes this possible. We build and operate systems for the full lifecycle management of CDBs integration with CETIP/B3 regulatory data systems for the Central Bank of Brazil accounting and blockchain integration.
This is a high-responsibility environment where precision and security are non-negotiable.
What Youll Do:
Develop and maintain Rust-based features across credit investments and regulatory compliance domains
Write SQL queries in PostgreSQL
Contribute to unit and integration tests helping maintain code quality and coverage
Work closely with the team on code reviews architecture discussions and technical documentation
Investigate and fix bugs in critical production flows
What Youll Need to Succeed:
Experience with or strong interest in statically typed programming languages especially Rust
Solid understanding of databases and SQL
Ability to read and understand other peoples code not just write your own
Strong attention to detail and a careful mindset especially in environments where mistakes have real financial impact
Nice to Have:
Experience with Rust
Background in financial systems fintech or regulation (BACEN CVM CETIP/B3)
Familiarity with Kafka Redis or messaging systems
Experience with observability tools such as tracing metrics Prometheus or Sentry
Experience with Kubernetes or cloud environments especially GCP
