Playtech Managed Services is looking for a responsible Risk Subject Matter Expert to join our team at Playtechs new Brazilian Playtech Managed (PTMS) Services in São Paulo SP. If you have strong decision-making and strategic thinking skills we want to hear from you!

Your influential mission. You will... 

• Act as the Risk Operations SME for complex high-risk and sensitive cases.
• Serve as the primary escalation point providing consistent risk-based decisions.
• Support the Risk Desk Manager in driving operational excellence and quality standards.
• Review and enhance risk policies procedures and operational frameworks.
• Analyze emerging risks customer activity and operational trends to provide recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements automation and efficiency gains.
• Mentor analysts and team leaders through coaching and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Compliance Product Payments Data and Customer Operations teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation guidance materials and knowledge resources.
• Support training onboarding and continuous development programs within Risk.
• Promote a culture of quality ownership critical thinking and customer-focused risk management.
• Produce and analyze risk reports identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications :

• Are fluent in English.
• Are a fluent Brazilian Portuguese speaker.
• Have 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
• Have an excellent knowledge of the risk and payments field.
• Possess strong decision-making and communication skills.
• Are a team player with leadership skills.
