Regional Marketing Manager – Biological Products (B2B)

The LATAM Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the regions operational marketing strategy and execution for the agricultural biologics portfolio. Its mission will be to ensure the strategic positioning of the companys solutions in the different markets crops and segments generating valuable tools for commercial teams and strengthening the technical and commercial proposal for customers and distributors. The role will act as a bridge between the commercial technical regulatory and marketing areas of key clients to develop value propositions adapted to each market.

Qualifications :

• Agricultural Engineer (mandatory).
• 5 years in marketing positions within the agricultural sector
• Experience in biological products (biofertilizers inoculants bio stimulants biocontrol).
• Experience working with B2B distribution channels.
• Regional experience in Latin America preferably in intensive crops but also in extensive crops.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear business proposals
• Knowledge in biofertilizers inoculants biostimulants biocontrol).
• Advanced or native Portuguese Spanish and English (mandatory).
• French (optional)
