Job Description

The HPM Project Coordinator leads small to medium-sized design change projects within the HPM portfolio coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions that support product lifecycle management and innovation.

Your role

As an HPM Project Coordinator you will be responsible for leading design change projects for existing medical devices within the HPM portfolio. You will work closely with global cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned with business objectives.

In this role you will:

Lead small to medium-sized projects driving execution from planning through delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders across Engineering Quality Regulatory Affairs Manufacturing Supply Chain and Product Management.
Monitor project progress identify and mitigate risks and ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans documentation and status updates.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a customer-centric approach throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with global teams to drive successful outcomes and business impact.

Youre the right fit if

You have experience leading or coordinating projects within engineering product development innovation or related technical environments.

You possess strong organizational communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

You hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Computer Science Software Engineering or a related technical field.

You are fluent in English and comfortable collaborating with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Experience with project management tools product development processes and PMP certification is considered a plus.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilitiesgenerally atthe customers or suppliers locations.

This is a hybrid role based in Varginha MG Brazil requiring on-site presence three days per week.
